Remote first with flexibility

ACN is a remote-first company. We have a WeWork office located in downtown Montreal that any of our employees can use as often or as little as they like. Occasionally, we invite everyone to come into the office to encourage some face to face connecting. You will also be provided with a generous budget to set up your home office space, with an annual top-up.

Professional development

Formal courses, hackathons including on AI and Robotics, guest speakers, in-house training, meetups. We support your progress via regular one-to-one meetings with your manager and craft tailored opportunities to help you grow within your areas of interest.

Our salaries are very market-competitive. We target the 75th percentile for salaries but we don’t stop there. We offer RRSP matching up to 4% of your annual salary.
